It is our policy to respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.


1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content posted on FansCritic infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent (listed below).

3. Counter-Notification (Restoring Removed Content)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3).

Your Counter-Notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court for your district (or where the service provider is located).

Send your Counter-Notification to the same DMCA Agent listed above.


4. Repeat Infringers

FansCritic reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others or submit fraudulent DMCA claims.


5. Disclaimer

FansCritic is a user-generated content platform.
We do not control or pre-screen user submissions.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user responsible.
