FansCritic does not produce, host, or distribute any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75. All user-submitted material on FansCritic (including reviews, text, or links) is non-visual commentary.

Any images or profile pictures displayed on FansCritic are either:

• publicly available promotional materials provided by creators themselves on external platforms (e.g., social media or subscription sites), or
